- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the maple syrup, peanut butter, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until well blended.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips if using.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Notes
For a sweeter brownie, add more maple syrup or agave syrup. For a fudgier texture, try underbaking slightly. Customize with nuts or dried fruits.
