Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the maple syrup, peanut butter, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until well blended.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips if using.
  6. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
