Gut Healing Blueberry Smoothie

A calming and energizing smoothie made with whole foods to support gut health.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup coconut yogurt
  • ½ cup cucumber, chopped, peeled if not organic
  • 1 stalk organic celery, sliced
  • ½ organic Granny Smith apple, unpeeled and chopped
  • ¼ small avocado, chopped
  • 12 large Medjool dates, pitted and softened if necessary
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts or collagen
  • 1 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • ½ teaspoon organic vanilla extract
  • ⅔ cup coconut milk, or nut milk of choice, or oat milk

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender in the order listed above.
  2. Blend until smooth, adding more milk to thin if necessary.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

Serve cold in a tall glass. Top with extra hemp hearts or blueberries if desired.
