- 1 cup cooked ham, diced
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, diced ham, bell pepper, and green onions.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage and ham mixture, and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Notes
Chop the ham and peppers small for better balance and flavor distribution. Adjust dressing ingredients to taste.
