Description

A quick and refreshing coleslaw mixing shredded cabbage with diced ham and a light mustard-mayo dressing.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
