- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 1 pound ground beef
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Sesame seeds (optional) for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat and add the sliced onions, cooking until caramelized.
- Mix the ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Form into small patties and cook them in the skillet until browned on both sides.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer the cooked patties on the rolls, top with cheese slices, and add the caramelized onions.
- Place the top half of the rolls over the filling, brush with butter, and sprinkle sesame seeds if using.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Cool sliders to room temperature before storing. They can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 1 month.
