Description

Delicious and easy-to-make sliders using soft Hawaiian rolls and juicy beef patties, perfect for snacks or parties.


Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Sesame seeds (optional) for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat and add the sliced onions, cooking until caramelized.
  3. Mix the ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Form into small patties and cook them in the skillet until browned on both sides.
  4. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  5. Layer the cooked patties on the rolls, top with cheese slices, and add the caramelized onions.
  6. Place the top half of the rolls over the filling, brush with butter, and sprinkle sesame seeds if using.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Cool sliders to room temperature before storing. They can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 1 month.
