Ingredients

- 1 cup steamed and frozen cauliflower
- 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup vanilla Greek or Icelandic-style yogurt
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 date, pitted
- 1 tsp chai spice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare ingredients: steam cauliflower, cool, and freeze if not already frozen.
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and drink right away. Serve cold, topping with a pinch of chai spice or chopped nuts if desired.
Notes
For a thinner drink, add a little more milk. For more protein, add a scoop of protein powder or more yogurt.
