Healthy Gut Vanilla Chai Smoothie

A mild and creamy smoothie that combines chai and vanilla flavors with gut-friendly ingredients for a nutritious boost.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup steamed and frozen cauliflower
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice (unsweetened vanilla almond milk recommended)
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek or Icelandic-style yogurt
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 date, pitted
  • 1 tsp chai spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients: steam cauliflower, cool, and freeze if not already frozen.
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  4. Serve cold in a tall glass, optionally topped with a pinch of chai spice or chopped nuts.

Notes

For best texture, drink immediately. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours and add a splash of milk to thin if needed.
