Ingredients

- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Stir in the protein powder until fully combined.
- Fold in the blueberries gently.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top if desired.
- Freeze for about 1-2 hours until completely set.
Notes
Serve clusters straight from the freezer. Let them sit for 2 minutes if the chocolate is too hard.
