Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 lb ground meat (beef, turkey, or chicken)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, ground meat, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.
