Description
A delicious and nutritious salad that combines the flavors of jalapeno poppers with chicken, packed with protein from chicken and Greek yogurt.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup jalapenos, diced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cucumber, jalapenos, green onions, and bacon.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve on a bed of lettuce, in a wrap, or as a dip. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
