Description

Soft and flavorful onion bagels made with almond flour and cheese, perfect for a quick snack or breakfast.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, shredded cheese, baking powder, onion powder, and salt.
  3. Add the eggs to the mixture and mix until well combined.
  4. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape each portion into a bagel shape.
  5. Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. If using, sprinkle sesame seeds on top of each bagel.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Use room temperature eggs for easier mixing. If the dough is too wet, add more almond flour. Press the center hole larger as it may shrink while baking.
