- Spicy Korean buldak noodles
- 1 Egg yolk
- 3 strips Crispy bacon
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Black pepper, to taste
- Garlic (optional)
- Green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook spicy Korean buldak noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine egg yolk, grated parmesan cheese, and black pepper.
- Cook the crispy bacon until browned in a pan.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan with the bacon.
- Remove from heat, and quickly mix in the egg yolk mixture to create a creamy sauce.
- Add garlic for extra flavor if desired.
- Serve immediately, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
Drain noodles well for better sauce coating. Mix egg off heat to prevent scrambling.
