Description

A quick and flavorful fusion dish mixing spicy Korean noodles with a creamy egg sauce and crispy bacon.


Ingredients

  • Spicy Korean buldak noodles
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 3 strips Crispy bacon
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Garlic (optional)
  • Green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook spicy Korean buldak noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine egg yolk, grated parmesan cheese, and black pepper.
  3. Cook the crispy bacon until browned in a pan.
  4. Add the cooked noodles to the pan with the bacon.
  5. Remove from heat, and quickly mix in the egg yolk mixture to create a creamy sauce.
  6. Add garlic for extra flavor if desired.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

Drain noodles well for better sauce coating. Mix egg off heat to prevent scrambling.
