Savory Honey Garlic Glazed Meatballs

Delightful meatballs glazed with a savory honey garlic sauce, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 pound ground beef (or your choice of meat)
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 3 finely chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic, honey, soy sauce, and green onions. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a lined baking tray.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. For the glaze, mix remaining honey and soy sauce in a saucepan over medium heat until blended. Drizzle over meatballs before serving.

Notes

These meatballs can be served as snacks, over rice or noodles, and garnished with green onions or sesame seeds. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
