- 1 lb Green beans
- 4 slices Bacon, chopped
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix green beans with olive oil, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread the green beans on a baking sheet.
- Scatter chopped bacon over the green beans.
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until green beans are tender and bacon is crispy.
- Serve warm, preferably with chicken.
Notes
Use fresh green beans for the best crunch and cut bacon small for quicker crisping. Toss beans well to ensure honey and garlic coat evenly.
