Description

A fresh, cool iced strawberry matcha latte that combines sweet strawberries, earthy matcha, and creamy milk, perfect for warm days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • ⅓ cup finely chopped strawberries
  • 1 tsp monk fruit sweetener or maple syrup (to taste)
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • ¼ cup cold water
  • Ice
  • ¾ cup almond milk, oat milk, or regular milk

Instructions

  1. Mash the chopped strawberries with sweetener in a bowl to release juices.
  2. Whisk the matcha powder with cold water using a bamboo whisk until smooth and foamy.
  3. Add mashed strawberries to the bottom of your glass.
  4. Add ice and pour milk until the glass is about 2/3 full.
  5. Top with whipped matcha. Stir gently to create swirls. Add extra syrup if desired.

Notes

Serve cold in a tall glass with a straw. Stir once before drinking. For a frothier top, whisk matcha longer or use a small milk frother.
