Description
A fresh, cool iced strawberry matcha latte that combines sweet strawberries, earthy matcha, and creamy milk, perfect for warm days.
Ingredients

- ⅓ cup finely chopped strawberries
- 1 tsp monk fruit sweetener or maple syrup (to taste)
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- ¼ cup cold water
- Ice
- ¾ cup almond milk, oat milk, or regular milk
Instructions
- Mash the chopped strawberries with sweetener in a bowl to release juices.
- Whisk the matcha powder with cold water using a bamboo whisk until smooth and foamy.
- Add mashed strawberries to the bottom of your glass.
- Add ice and pour milk until the glass is about 2/3 full.
- Top with whipped matcha. Stir gently to create swirls. Add extra syrup if desired.
Notes
Serve cold in a tall glass with a straw. Stir once before drinking. For a frothier top, whisk matcha longer or use a small milk frother.
