A refreshing and colorful drink that combines sweet strawberry flavor with earthy matcha, perfect for warm days.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 3/4 cup Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 little package Stevia
- 1 teaspoon Matcha Powder
- 1/2 cup hot water
- Ice to serve
Instructions
- Wash and hull the strawberries.
- Blend strawberries with coconut milk until smooth.
- Strain the strawberry-coconut mix if you want a smoother drink.
- Boil water and let it cool slightly, then dissolve the matcha powder in the hot water.
- Add the stevia (or sweetener) to the matcha and stir until dissolved.
- Fill a glass with ice. Pour the strawberry mixture first, then pour the matcha over it so you get layers.
- Stir if you want a mixed drink. Drink right away.
Notes
Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor and adjust sweetness to taste.
