Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta (any type)
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Put the pasta, vegetable broth, minced garlic, and chopped broccoli in the Instant Pot.
- Close the lid and set to high pressure for 4 minutes.
- When the time ends, quick release the pressure.
- Open the lid and stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese until well mixed.
- Taste and add salt and pepper as needed.
- Serve right away.
Notes
For best results, use pasta that cooks in 8-10 minutes on the stove. You can also add cooked chicken or shrimp for additional protein.
