Description

A quick and creamy garlic pasta dish made effortlessly in the Instant Pot, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (any type)
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Put the pasta, vegetable broth, minced garlic, and chopped broccoli in the Instant Pot.
  2. Close the lid and set to high pressure for 4 minutes.
  3. When the time ends, quick release the pressure.
  4. Open the lid and stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese until well mixed.
  5. Taste and add salt and pepper as needed.
  6. Serve right away.

Notes

For best results, use pasta that cooks in 8-10 minutes on the stove. You can also add cooked chicken or shrimp for additional protein.
