Instant Pot Creamy Garlic Pasta

A rich and smooth creamy garlic pasta made easily in the Instant Pot, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (any type)
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Add pasta, vegetable broth, minced garlic, and chopped broccoli to the Instant Pot.
  2. Close the lid and set to high pressure for 4 minutes.
  3. Once done, quick release the pressure.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy your creamy garlic pasta!

Notes

For added protein, consider adding cooked chicken or sausage after pressure cooking. You can substitute broccoli with spinach or mushrooms for variety.
