Ingredients

  • 1 pound Andouille sausage, sliced

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic; sauté until softened.
  2. Add Andouille sausage and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the chopped cabbage, diced tomatoes, and Cajun seasoning.
