Ingredients

  • 8 oz Andouille sausage, sliced
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sausage and cook until browned.
  3. Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic, cooking until softened.
  4. Stir in the chopped cabbage and cook until tender.
  5. Add the diced tomatoes and Cajun seasoning, mixing well.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Cook for an additional 5-10 minutes until everything is heated through.
  8. Serve hot.

Notes
