Delicious low-carb salmon patties combined with shrimp and a Cajun twist, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.
Ingredients

- 1 lb salmon fillet, cooked and flaked
- 1/2 lb shrimp, cooked and chopped
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
- Combine the flaked salmon, chopped shrimp, almond flour, green onions, beaten egg, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place the patties in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm, optionally with a dipping sauce.
Notes
Cool the patties to room temperature, then store in an airtight container. Keep in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 1 month.
