A delicious low-carb twist on classic flavors, combining chicken, ham, and Swiss cheese in keto-friendly tortillas.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 4 large tortillas (keto-friendly)
- 4 slices of ham
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese (for topping)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil (for greasing pan)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ham, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Lay out the tortillas and fill each with the chicken mixture and a slice of Swiss cheese. Roll them up and place in a greased baking dish.
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until warm, then stir in the shredded Swiss cheese until melted and smooth.
- Pour the cheese sauce over the enchiladas in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle additional shredded Swiss cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Can be frozen before baking.
