Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup almond flour (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the chicken mixture to a greased baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  5. Mix almond flour with a bit of melted butter (optional) to create a topping and sprinkle it over the cheese.
