- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup almond flour (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well.
- Transfer the chicken mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
- Mix almond flour with a bit of melted butter (optional) to create a topping and sprinkle it over the cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken to save time and ensure broccoli is just tender to avoid mushiness. For a richer taste, opt for full-fat sour cream.
