Ingredients

- 1 lb ground pork (or chicken)
- 1 bag coleslaw mix
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the ground pork (or chicken) and cook until browned.
- Stir in the garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant.
- Add the coleslaw mix and soy sauce, stirring to combine.
- Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the coleslaw is tender.
- Season with salt, pepper, and garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
For added crunch, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve with steamed broccoli or a simple salad.
