Ingredients

  • 1 bag coleslaw mix
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground pork (or chicken) and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant.
  4. Add the coleslaw mix and soy sauce, stirring to combine.
  5. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the coleslaw is tender.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and garnish with green onions before serving.

Notes
