Ingredients

  • 4 large low-carb tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)
  • 1/2 cup diced green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix the softened cream cheese with everything bagel seasoning until well combined.
  2. Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla.
  3. If using, sprinkle crumbled bacon and diced green onions on top of the cream cheese.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly into a log.
  5. Slice the logs into pinwheels.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

Use soft cream cheese for easy spreading. Chill the rolled tortillas for 15–20 minutes before slicing for neater pinwheels.
