Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add chopped cabbage and cook until wilted, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in shrimp, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, and cook until shrimp are pink and opaque, about 4-5 minutes.
  6. Serve warm.

Notes

For a variation, add a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat or swap butter for ghee for a nuttier flavor.
