A quick and easy keto dish featuring shrimp and cabbage cooked in a bright lemon butter sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add chopped cabbage and cook until wilted, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in shrimp, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
- Season with salt and pepper, and cook until shrimp are pink and opaque, about 4-5 minutes.
- Serve warm.
Notes
For a variation, add a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat or swap butter for ghee for a nuttier flavor.
