Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup diced green chiles
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the cream cheese and heavy cream. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Add the shredded Monterey Jack cheese and mix until fully melted.
- Stir in the diced green chiles, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the dip is creamy and heated through.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro if desired. Serve warm with low-carb dippers.
Notes
Use room temperature cream cheese for smoother melting. Grate Monterey Jack fresh for best texture. If too thick, add a splash more heavy cream.
