- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the cream cheese, heavy cream, and spices. Stir until smooth.
- Gradually add the shredded cheeses, stirring continuously until melted and creamy.
- Mix in the diced green chilies.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with fresh cilantro if desired. Serve warm with low-carb chips or vegetables.
Notes
Use room temperature cream cheese for faster melting. For a meaty version, fold in cooked sausage or chorizo.
