  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the cream cheese, heavy cream, and spices. Stir until smooth.
  2. Gradually add the shredded cheeses, stirring continuously until melted and creamy.
  3. Mix in the diced green chilies.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
