Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt cake pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, cream the butter, then add the milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before glazing. For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and a pinch of cinnamon until smooth, then drizzle it over the cooled cake.
