A quick and tasty low-carb dish featuring cabbage, bacon, cream, ranch mix, and cheese, perfect as a side or light dinner.

- 1 medium head of cabbage, chopped
- 4 slices of bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving the drippings in the skillet.
- Add the chopped cabbage to the skillet and cook in the bacon drippings for about 5-7 minutes, until tender.
- Stir in the heavy cream, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cheddar cheese and cooked bacon back to the skillet, stirring until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
- Serve warm as a low-carb dinner or side dish.
Notes
For extra richness, add more cream when reheating. Store in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the fridge.
