- 1 cup peanuts
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
- Stir in the peanuts until well coated.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
- Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
Notes
Use good quality chocolate for best taste. For shinier clusters, add another teaspoon of coconut oil.
