- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1/4 cup chocolate sauce
- Whipped cream for topping
- Maraschino cherries for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of mini cheesecake cups or a muffin tin to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
- Fill each crust with the cheesecake mixture and smooth the tops.
- Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes to set.
- Just before serving, top each cheesecake with sliced bananas, drizzle with chocolate sauce, add whipped cream, and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
Notes
For a stronger banana flavor, you can mash one of the bananas and fold it into the cheesecake mixture. You can customize toppings according to your preference.
