Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chocolate sauce
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Maraschino cherries for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of mini cheesecake cups or a muffin tin to form the crust.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  4. Fill each crust with the cheesecake mixture and smooth the tops.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes to set.
  6. Just before serving, top each cheesecake with sliced bananas, drizzle with chocolate sauce, add whipped cream, and garnish with a maraschino cherry.

Notes

For a stronger banana flavor, you can mash one of the bananas and fold it into the cheesecake mixture. You can customize toppings according to your preference.
