Instructions
- Heat sesame oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Add chopped cabbage and soy sauce; stir well.
- Cook until cabbage is tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
Notes
Use a large skillet to ensure even cooking of the cabbage. Don’t overcook the cabbage; it should still have some bite.
