Mustard Hasselback Kielbasa Bites

Delicious kielbasa bites coated in a tangy mustard glaze, perfect for snacks or parties.

  • 1 lb kielbasa sausage
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Slice the kielbasa crosswise without cutting all the way through to create pockets.
  3. In a bowl, mix the yellow mustard, honey, and smoked paprika until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Brush the mustard mixture generously over the kielbasa bites.
  5. Arrange the bites in the baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

These bites can be served with toothpicks for easy picking. Try different mustards or add cheese for variations.
