This recipe turns store-bought naan into a fast pizza, perfect for busy nights, lunch, or a simple snack.

- 2 pieces of naan bread
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup assorted vegetables (bell peppers, onions, spinach)
- 1/2 cup cooked protein (chicken, pepperoni, or chickpeas) – optional
- 1 tsp Italian herbs (oregano or basil)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place naan on it.
- Spread a generous layer of pizza sauce over each naan.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the sauce, followed by vegetables and protein if using.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with Italian herbs before slicing and serving immediately.
Notes
For a crispier crust, toast the naan for 2 minutes before adding sauce. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
