Instructions
- Marinate the chicken thighs in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix flour, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge the marinated chicken in the seasoned flour.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.

- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
