  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
  • Coconut flakes or crushed nuts for rolling (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, almond flour, maple syrup or honey, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice. Mix until well combined.
  2. If desired, fold in dark chocolate chips to enhance the flavor.
  3. Use your hands to form the mixture into bite-sized balls.
  4. Roll the balls in coconut flakes or crushed nuts if desired for an extra crunch.
