Description

A quick and easy no-bake peach cheesecake made in convenient mason jars, perfect for snacks and parties.


Ingredients

  • 32 oz Chobani Plain Greek Non-Fat Yogurt
  • 1 package Jello Reduced Calorie Cheesecake Instant Pudding Mix
  • 1½ cups Del Monte No Sugar Added California Sliced Peaches, chopped
  • 3 sheets Great Value Honey Grahams, crushed

Instructions

  1. Mix yogurt and cheesecake pudding mix in a bowl until smooth and thick. Chill for 10-15 minutes to firm up.
  2. Crush the graham crackers into crumbs.
  3. Chop the peaches if needed.
  4. In each mason jar, add a layer of yogurt mix, a layer of peach pieces, and a layer of graham crumbs.
  5. Repeat layers until the jar is full.
  6. Chill the jars in the fridge until cold before serving.

Notes

Serve cold directly from the jars. Top with additional peaches or a drizzle of honey for added flavor. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
