No-Bake Mason Jar Peach Cheesecake

A delightful and refreshing no-bake dessert featuring creamy Greek yogurt layered with sweet peaches and crunchy graham crackers, served in mason jars.

  • 32 oz Chobani Plain Greek Non-Fat Yogurt
  • 3 sheets Great Value Honey Grahams, crushed
  • 1 package Jello Reduced Calorie Cheesecake Instant Pudding Mix
  • 1½ cups Del Monte No Sugar Added California Sliced Peaches, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt with the cheesecake pudding mix until smooth and thick. Chill for 10–15 minutes to allow it to firm up.
  2. Crush the graham crackers into crumbs.
  3. In each mason jar, layer the yogurt mixture, peach chunks, and graham cracker crumbs. Repeat the layers until the jars are full.

Notes

Top with additional peaches or a drizzle of honey if desired. Make sure to chill the yogurt mixture well for a firmer texture.
