Description

Rich and creamy cheesecake bars with a crunchy graham cracker crust and Nutella topping, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and mix until combined.
  5. Fold in Nutella until fully incorporated.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and slightly jiggly in the center.
  8. Allow to cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before cutting into bars.
  9. For serving, drizzle with heavy cream or additional Nutella if desired.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for a smooth batter. Press the crust firmly for best results. Do not overbake.
