- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and mix until combined.
- Fold in Nutella until fully incorporated.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and slightly jiggly in the center.
- Allow to cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before cutting into bars.
- For serving, drizzle with heavy cream or additional Nutella if desired.
Notes
Use room temperature cream cheese for a smooth batter. Press the crust firmly for best results. Do not overbake.
