- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup natural peanut butter
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
- Optional toppings: chia seeds, granola
Instructions
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Spread yogurt evenly into a rectangle.
- Drizzle peanut butter and gently swirl.
- Add banana slices and toppings.
- Freeze for 3–4 hours or until firm.
- Break into pieces and serve immediately or store frozen.
Notes
For best texture, serve the bark slightly thawed for a few minutes out of the freezer before eating.
