- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered erythritol (or preferred sweetener)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- Optional toppings: chocolate shavings, crushed peanuts
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered erythritol, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until well combined.
- Spoon the mixture into serving dishes and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Serve topped with chocolate shavings or crushed peanuts if desired.
Notes
Use room temperature cream cheese for a smooth mix. Taste and adjust sweetener to your liking.
