Soft and cheesy breadsticks filled with pepperoni, perfect as a snack or quick meal.
Ingredients

- 1 package pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to a rectangle.
- Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
- Place mozzarella cheese and pepperoni on top of the dough.
- Fold the dough in half to cover the filling and cut into strips.
- Twist each strip and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
Let them cool a few minutes so the cheese is not too hot. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days or in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
