Description

Soft and cheesy breadsticks filled with pepperoni, perfect as a snack or quick meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 package pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to a rectangle.
  3. Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Place mozzarella cheese and pepperoni on top of the dough.
  5. Fold the dough in half to cover the filling and cut into strips.
  6. Twist each strip and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Let them cool a few minutes so the cheese is not too hot. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days or in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
