Pizza Grilled Cheese combines two beloved foods into one easy and delicious meal, perfect for lunch, dinner, or a quick snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 slices of cheese (mozzarella or your choice)
  • Pepperoni slices
  • Butter
  • Pizza sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, in the skillet.
  4. Layer cheese and pepperoni on top.
  5. Place the second slice of bread on top, butter-side up.
  6. Cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Then, flip and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  7. Serve with pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

For variations, use different types of cheese or add veggies like bell peppers or mushrooms. You can also use a panini press for easier cooking.
