- 2 slices of cheese (mozzarella or your choice)
- Pepperoni slices
- Butter
- Pizza sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, in the skillet.
- Layer cheese and pepperoni on top.
- Place the second slice of bread on top, butter-side up.
- Cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Then, flip and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Serve with pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
Use your favorite cheese and add extra toppings like olives or bell peppers. To make it crunchier, opt for thicker slices of bread.
