Description
A delicious pull-apart bread featuring warm Brie cheese and tangy cranberries, perfect for gatherings or cozy nights.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 loaf crusty bread (such as artisan or sourdough)
- 8 ounces Brie cheese
- 1 cup fresh cranberries (or cranberry sauce)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Make horizontal and vertical cuts into the loaf of bread, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- Cut the Brie cheese into small wedges and carefully insert them into the cuts of the bread.
- If using fresh cranberries, roughly chop them; if using cranberry sauce, dollop it into the cuts.
- Melt the unsalted butter in a small bowl, then add the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper, stirring to combine.
- Drizzle the seasoned melted butter mixture over the bread using a basting brush.
- Wrap the bread in aluminum foil, leaving the top exposed.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Pull apart and enjoy!
