Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar until well combined.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil.
- Dip each slice of bread into the pumpkin mixture, allowing it to soak for a few seconds on each side.
- Place the soaked bread slices onto the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Serve warm with maple syrup.
