Ingredients

  • 8 oz block of feta cheese, drained from brine
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
  • 12 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp dried thyme (or 2 tsp fresh thyme)
  • Black pepper (freshly cracked)
  • Chopped walnuts (optional; raw or toasted)
  • Crusty, toasted bread (like sourdough or baguette)
  • Crackers

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the feta cheese and Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add pumpkin puree, honey, thyme, and black pepper; blend until well combined.
  3. Transfer to the fridge and chill for 30 to 60 minutes.
  4. Garnish with chopped walnuts, fresh thyme, honey drizzle, and black pepper.
  5. Serve with crusty bread or crackers.
