- 8 oz block of feta cheese, drained from brine
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
- 1–2 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp dried thyme (or 2 tsp fresh thyme)
- Black pepper (freshly cracked)
- Chopped walnuts (optional; raw or toasted)
- Crusty, toasted bread (like sourdough or baguette)
- Crackers
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the feta cheese and Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth.
- Add pumpkin puree, honey, thyme, and black pepper; blend until well combined.
- Transfer to the fridge and chill for 30 to 60 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped walnuts, fresh thyme, honey drizzle, and black pepper.
- Serve with crusty bread or crackers.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It will stay fresh for about 3 to 5 days.
