  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. In a shallow dish, coat the chicken with Parmesan cheese on both sides.
  4. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Pour in lemon juice and stir to combine.
  6. Add the coated chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes per side until golden brown.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, you can broil the chicken for a minute or two after baking. Adjust lemon juice based on taste preference.
