Ingredients

- 1 can of salmon, drained
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the drained salmon, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, beaten egg, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot for lunch or as an appetizer.
Notes
For a crisp finish, consider air frying. Store cooked patties in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
