Description

Delicious, cheesy garlic breadsticks that are easy to make and perfect for a quick snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free flour
  • 1 cup cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix gluten-free flour, cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Melt the butter and add it to the mixture.
  4. Form the dough into stick shapes and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle Italian herbs on top if desired.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  7. Serve warm with a salad.
