- 1 cup gluten-free flour
- 1 cup cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp Italian herbs (optional)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix gluten-free flour, cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Melt the butter and add it to the mixture.
- Form the dough into stick shapes and place them on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle Italian herbs on top if desired.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Serve warm with a salad.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
